BCP Bootcamp

Sara’s YMCA coaching staff will take you through a dynamic group warm-up, coach you through a challenging, yet scalable workout, and finish with a cool-down. This workout will consist of functional movements that focus on both resistance and cardio respiratory training. This session is the kick-off to the Bootcamp Series which will follow. Meet at Our Park in front of the Bull Sculptures.
