Ballantyne tenants are invited to a free lunch seminar on mindful eating with Proactive Health‘s Dr. Melanie McMinn and Natalie Roberts, Registered Dietitian, on Tuesday, November 6, noon – 1 p.m, at Northwood Office. In this seminar, you will learn about the practice of mindful eating and how to start incorporating it into your daily life.
Mindful eating allows you to become aware of the positive and nurturing opportunities that food has to offer. This educational class empowers you to rethink how you buy, prepare and consume food – transforming your health one meal at a time.
