On Saturday, August 12, The Ballantyne will feature a special progressive dinner to commemorate its latest Private Select Whisky. Maker’s Mark Ambassador Jane Conner will be on hand to share insight on the bourbon creation process. Reception starts at 6:30 p.m., and dinner is at 7:30 p.m. The event will conclude with bourbon-infused desserts and live music. Cost is $89 per person (plus tax and service charge).
