The Ballantyne’s a la Carte Mother’s Day Brunch in Gallery Restaurant will feature appetizers like Smoked Salmon Toast, Heirloom Tomato Soup, and Chilled Jumbo Tiger Shrimp. Entrees include Roasted Cornish Hen; Colorado Lamb Loin and Seared Black Cod. Desserts include Raspberry Confit Tartlet and Summer Strawberry Basilic. Easter Brunch in Gallery restaurant will be served from 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. Reservations are recommended.
