The Ballantyne’s Mother’s Day Buffet Brunch in the Ballroom will feature myriad tables filled with dishes to delight all tastes. Cold Plate and Hot Bite stations will offer everything from Chia Seed Pudding and Crawfish Orzo Salad, Roasted Pork Tenderloin, Baked Lobster Mac & Cheese, to Roasted Black Cod, Cocoa French Toast and more. The Charcuterie Board will feature Hand Carved Prosciutto Di Parma, Toscano Salame, and Soppressata. The Seafood Display will feature Poached Shrimp Bloody Marys, Crab Claws and Shucked Oysters. Action Stations include Beef Wellington, Roasted Peppers Blend and Herbs Prime Rib, and Omelet and Crepe station. An assortment of pastries will include Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake, Brown Sugar Peach Pavlova, Mango Coconut Cream Tarts, and Swedish Dream Cakes and much more. Kid Friendly dishes include PB & J Bites, Chicken Fingers, French Fries and Flatbread Pizzas.
Mother’s Day Buffet Brunch in the Ballroom will be served from 10:00am – 2:00pm. Pricing is $95 adults, $45 for kids ages 5-12 and free for children aged four and younger. Reservations are recommended.
