Join a Free Group Workout at the Ballantyne Bootcamp Series

Take on a new fitness challenge this fall by joining us for the Ballantyne Bootcamp Series powered by Atrium Health every Thursday, September 5 through October 17, 5:30-6:15 p.m., at the Brixham Tent. Sara’s YMCA instructors will lead a high-intensity group workout for all fitness levels that will incorporate body weight, plyometrics, running and more to tone muscle and torch calories. 

Make sure you get there early for the first class of the series. Atrium Health is giving away free yoga mats to the first 50 people on September 5! Atrium Health will also have a different practice on-site each week to share more about healthy living. Stop by their table to learn more and enter to win giveaways.
