Cabo Fish Taco’s Day of the Dead Event Recap

Cabo Fish Taco Ballantyne hosted several activities celebrating the Day of the Dead on November 1, including fitness activities, live music and a Sugar Skull Competition.

Early in the day, Cabo Fish Taco hosted fitness activities including a workout, run and yoga.

25 participants decorated sugar skulls and entered them to win the Sugar Skull Competition. Customers voted throughout the day and several winners were awarded gift cards to Cabo Fish Taco.

A portion of proceeds from part of the day went to Holy Angels, a charitable organization in Belmont, NC. Holy Angels houses and places individuals with special needs into the workforce.

Gary Marcus, a local artist and Cabo regular, displayed many of his one-of-a-kind woodwork art pieces.

We look forward to more Cabo Fish Taco events and next year’s Day of the Dead celebration!
