Enjoy Drinks, Music and Free Group Workouts at Training on Tap

Join Sara’s YMCA on Thursday, October 17 for its annual Training on Tap event featuring food, drinks, live music and a great lineup of free group workouts at the Brixham Tent. Enjoy food trucks, music and local beer and wine from 4:30 – 8 p.m. and drop-in fitness activities from 5:30-7 p.m.

Group workouts include outdoor yoga, cardio dance party, bootcamp and a 1-mile run/walk loop.

 All fitness levels are welcome.
