Give Back at Ballantyne’s 2021 Color the Park School Supplies Drive

August 1 – 14, Northwood Office is hosting many opportunities for the Ballantyne community to support local students.

Every year, the Ballantyne community rallies together for its annual Color the Park School Supplies Drive, benefiting Classroom Central. The organization equips students in need by collecting and distributing free school supplies to local teachers. This upcoming school year, the need is even greater as teachers work to overcome pandemic learning loss. RSVP and share the event on Facebook.

    • Help Ballantyne reach $10,000.

  • August 1 – 14 | Donate physical school supplies
    • Drop off supplies at Sara’s YMCA, Cabo Fish Taco Ballantyne or area events.

  • August 6 | Live at 11*
    • Groove Machine is headlining this outdoor concert in Ballantyne’s Backyard. Admission is a minimum $1 donation per person.

  • August 7 & 14 | Yoga & Mimosas*
    • Sweat for a cause! Class proceeds benefit the drive.

  • August 14 | Markets at 11*
    • Join us for a daycation in Ballantyne’s Backyard! Drop off physical supplies, shop local vendors and participate in an on-site volunteer activity. A portion of vendor sales will benefit the drive.

*A portion of event proceeds benefit Classroom Central. The event is located in Ballantyne’s Backyard.

Classroom Central is a free store for teachers serving over 100,000 students across six school districts. To combat pandemic learning loss, teachers will require over 1,000,000 school supplies.
