Glow-in-the-Dark Bootcamp

Don your brightest gear and get ready to shine for this glow-in-the-dark group workout at Cullman Park on Thursday, November 19 at 5:30 p.m. Bring your workout crew! Tickets are $5 and proceeds benefit the Ballantyne Virtual Food Drive for Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina.

A Sara’s YMCA instructor will lead the circuit-style class. Wear bright, neon clothes and glow-in-the-dark accessories.

Please park in the lot adjacent to Harney Drive.

Reminders:

bring a workout/yoga mat
bring a water bottle
wear bright or neon clothing
bring the supplies you need to feel safe in an outdoor environment
