National Move More Month

Let’s join the American Heart Association (AHA) in its ongoing efforts to promote a healthier lifestyle. April is National Move More Month, and the AHA is encouraging people nationwide to commit to being physically active. Science shows that being more active can help you feel, think and sleep better. Participate in daily Fierce 5 movement breaks!

As part of the American Heart Association’s Move More Month, Sara’s YMCA is facilitating Walking Wednesdays this spring! April 7 is #NationalWalkingDay and will kick off the series.
