Power Afterhours Returns this September

This fall, kickstart your weekday workout routine with Power Afterhours classes in Ballantyne!

Beginning September 9, join the Ballantyne community for Thursday evening fitness classes. Come back every week for approachable, high-intensity workouts including; barre, dance, POUND and Bootcamp. Local instructors and studios lead each class at Kosonen Park or Ballantyne’s Backyard.

Online registration is required to attend Fitness at 11 series workouts. Power Afterhours is free to SweatNET Charlotte members and $15 to the general public.
