Togetherhood Volunteers Prepare 1,000 Hygiene Kits for Local Shelters

Volunteers from the Ballantyne community produced 1,000 essential hygiene kits for those in need in our region at the Togetherhood project at Sara’s YMCA on November 13. Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina will distribute these kits to children and adults at local shelters along with encouraging holiday letters written by volunteers at the project. Thank you to all who volunteered!

Special thanks to Northwood Office and P&G for providing supplies for the project and to Chick-fil-A at StoneCrest Piper Glen for providing a delicious breakfast!
