Volunteer to Make Pencil Kits for Local Students in Need

Stop by Sara’s YMCA on Tuesday, August 7, 7:30-9:30 a.m., to assemble pencil kits for local students in need at the next Togetherhood project, Kits for a Cause, powered by Northwood Office. Each kit will equip a child with the most basic tools needed to have a successful education including pencils, pens and erasers. All donations will benefit Ballantyne’s Color the Park School Supplies Drive and volunteers will enjoy a complimentary breakfast provided by Chick-fil-A Stonecrest at Piper Glen while supplies last. Contact your Community Director to register yourself or your team!

Volunteers are encouraged to bring a pack of pencils to donate to the project.
