Located east of The Ballantyne®, The Bowl at Ballantyne™ will be the Ballantyne area’s new living room, kitchen and concert hall, filling the gap between work and home with opportunities for culinary exploration, world-class shopping, family-friendly entertainment and healthy living.
An epicurean row will offer diners light and airy garden rooms, covered sidewalk seating or rooftop decks — all with views of a casual and relaxed central green. A garden lane offers a pleasant place to stroll while visiting sidewalk shops and signature eateries.

Over the next few years, more than 700 additional apartment units will be added to The Bowl, including two high-rise towers. Expect luxury finishes and exciting amenities, all within walking distance of dining, retail and entertainment options.
The Amp Ballantyne™
The Amp hosts ticketed and free events with a high-tech sound system and ample space for concessions and food trucks. In addition to music, programming will include festivals, markets, fitness classes and more, establishing Ballantyne as a regular destination for Charlotte residents.
North Italia and Flower Child Open Second NC Locations in Ballantyne
Sam Fox’s North Italia and Flower Child will join nine other previously announced businesses, including Olde Mecklenburg Brewery, at the new mixed-use retail, dining and entertainment district opening in 2024.
