Get hyped with giveaways, face painters, balloon artists and more from 5 to 7 p.m. Have a chance to win tickets to the Carolina Panthers home opener game on Sunday, September 13 at 1 p.m. vs. the Chicago Bears (must be present to win).
The pep rally will take place on Bowl Street from Lower Avenue to Mid Street.
