A Calm Start to the Day

Start your Wednesday morning with a meditation and mindful movement class led by Dancing Lotus + Yoga Arts. Practice deep breaths, gentle movement and grounding from 8 to 8:45 a.m. at Brixham Park, located on the west side of the Ballantyne campus.

Enjoy a calming 45-minute guided journey streamed through DropSound (silent disco), noise-isolating headphones that allow you to focus more on your breath and less on distractions.

Come as you are; mats, chairs or blankets are encouraged. Set yourself up for a beautiful Wednesday at this minimal sweat, maximum grounding meditation class!
