This will be a 45-minute, power flow class to get the blood flowing and the body moving followed by refreshing mimosas that are a perfect follow-up for a morning session led by CHARLOTTE POP-UP YOGA! Natalie will be leading the class. Her class will be light/playful and focus on cultivating creativity through movement and meditation. So come out and join Natalie for mindful movement that will release your creativity and leave you feeling energized for the weekend ahead. Each class is streamed through DropSound (silent disco), noise-isolating headphones that allow you to focus more on your breath and less on those distractions!
