Northwood’s new luxury residential tower at The Bowl at Ballantyne™ officially has a name – Oro Ballantyne™. The 26-story apartment community featuring 356 units, hospitality-driven amenities and highly personalized services will be the tallest residential tower in South Charlotte. Oro, located at 14020 Stream Way, is situated directly on Bowl Street at the center of the newly created dining, retail and entertainment district. The interior will feature modern classic accents, statement lighting, elevated lounging and grand gathering experiences. The tower concrete structure is complete, and the property will open in fall 2024
