We’re excited to announce that the Ballantyne Bolt is now available as an on-demand transportation service. You can now request a ride right outside your building and be dropped off at your preferred location on campus.
As a reminder, this complimentary amenity operates Monday through Friday, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. The Bolt offers a convenient transportation option, making it easier and more efficient for our customers to get around the Ballantyne campus. The service is free of charge and is available exclusively to all Northwood Office customers and residents of Oro and Towerview.
Booking your ride is quick and easy through the goBallantyne app. With just a few taps, the Bolt will be on its way to pick you up right outside your building!

Introducing The Ballantyne Bolt
1. Download the Freebee app and set up your account.
2. Head to the goBallantyne app, click the Explore tab, and then Ride Bolt.
2. Request a ride and set your pickup and drop-off locations.
3. Show the goBallantyne app to your driver and enjoy the ride.
