Culinary Dropout, the high-energy restaurant concept from Arizona-based Fox Restaurant Concepts and restaurateur Sam Fox, has signed a lease at The Bowl at Ballantyne, expanding into the greater Charlotte market this fall. Located at 15220 Bowl Street, the two-story, 9,986-square-foot space will sit in the heart of The Bowl entertainment district, just steps from The Amp Ballantyne. Designed as a lively gathering spot, the restaurant will feature a dedicated live music stage, open kitchen, indoor and rooftop bars, private dining space and patio seating.
Known for classic comfort food with a creative twist, Culinary Dropout will serve shareable favorites like Soft Pretzels with Provolone Fondue and BBQ Pork Belly Nachos, alongside standout entrées including the Crispy Chicken Katsu sandwich and 36-Hour Pork Ribs. A bold beverage program rounds out the experience with handcrafted cocktails, curated wines and local beer. Culinary Dropout Ballantyne is slated to open this fall.
