Regina Belle is a Grammy-winning singer best known for her powerful vocals and emotive delivery in R&B, soul, and gospel music. She gained widespread recognition in the late 1980s and 1990s with hits like “Baby Come to Me” and the Oscar-winning duet “A Whole New World” with Peabo Bryson.
