About the Bands:
Les Claypool is an American musician, songwriter and producer best known as the founder, lead vocalist and bassist of the influential alternative rock band Primus. Renowned for his virtuosic, slap-heavy bass style and experimental approach, Claypool is widely regarded as one of the most distinctive and innovative bass players in modern rock. His work blends funk, metal, psychedelia, progressive rock and avant-garde elements. Claypool’s side projects include the psychedelic collaboration The Claypool Lennon Delirium and the improvisational, jam-leaning Fearless Flying Frog Brigade.
The Human League is an English synth-pop band that helped define the sound of the early 1980s. The group is known for hits like “Don’t You Want Me” and “Fascination,” as well as for their experimental electronic sound and pop sensibilities. The tour will also include fellow English synth-pop duo Soft Cell, known for their edgy, minimalist smash “Tainted Love,” and Alison Moyet, celebrated for her powerful voice as part of Yaz/Yazoo and later as a successful solo artist with hits like “All Cried Out.”
