Wellness Weeks

Personal Training

Every Tuesday in April, campus employees can take advantage of a free personal training session at the Harris Building fitness center as part of Ballantyne's Wellness Weeks series. In partnership with SweatNET, A certified personal trainer will guide you through a bodyweight workout and cooldown to leave you feeling stronger and more energized to take on the rest of your day!
