CreativeMornings/Charlotte is the popular free monthly breakfast lecture series celebrating the creative spirit of the Queen City, produced by Charlotte Is Creative. Each event features inspiring speakers, live music, and tons more. The diverse audience is united by the belief that “Everyone is Creative” and a shared desire to make Charlotte a more vibrant, caring and connected community.
This first official community event at The Amp Ballantyne™ features Colin Mochrie, the improv comedy legend you know from Whose Line Is It Anyway?, and Asad Mecci, the world-renowned master hypnotist who has captivated millions worldwide.
The morning will also feature wake-up tunes by DJ Harvey Cummings II, a performance by American Idol Top 7 finalist Jurnee, microgrants, prizes, pitches and tons more
Doors will open at 8:00 a.m. for coffee + breakfast + music + mingling, and then our fun and inspiring program will run 8:45-10:00 a.m.
