Sign up for weekly fitness classes located in Ballantyne’s Backyard. SweatNET and Northwood Office have teamed up to bring a Yoga & Mimosas class to Ballantyne every Saturday morning. Sign up for an all-levels, instructed workout beginning at 10 a.m. SweatNET members pay $5 and non-members pay $20. Participants must be 21 years old and register online. Bring a mat, water bottle and photo ID.
