A New Fitness Series is Coming to Ballantyne

You asked, we answered! We surveyed the Ballantyne community to find out what type of instructor-led workouts should fill our spring fitness series schedule.

Each week, SweatNET is bringing the FUN with several different types of fitness classes this spring. Thursdays after work, join us for Power Afterhours for high-energy, circuit style workouts to push you through the end of your workweek. Workout styles will vary from Bootcamp, barre, cycle or dance! Keep it light every Saturday morning with our Yoga & Mimosas class at 10 a.m.

Power Afterhours classes are free to SweatNET members and $15 to the general public. Yoga & Mimosas are $5 to SweatNET members and $20 to the general public. Are you a goBallantyne app user? Check the app for an exclusive discount code!

Yoga & Mimosas | Every Saturday @ 10 a.m.
Power Afterhours | Every Thursday @ 6 p.m.

Parking is available in the Everett Building parking deck. Follow directional signage to Kosonen Park, located between the Everett and Hayes buildings.
