Northwood Breaks Ground
The first phase of the development began.
Northwood officially broke ground on the first phase of development located on the former Golf Club at Ballantyne.
The site has been cleared, and over 100,000 yards of dirt have been removed to make way for infrastructure improvements, a six-acre Stream Park, a 3,500-person amphitheater, urban-style apartments and a dining and retail district
