Standalone Retail Buildings Underway
Steel is going up for the final standalone retail building within The Bowl at Ballantyne™
Construction on the remaining four standalone retail buildings and two jewel box retail buildings is underway at The Bowl at Ballantyne™. To date, tenants include Roosters Wood Fired Grill, Fly Kid Fly coffee, Harriet's Hamburgers, DryBar and Honeysuckle Gelato. Olde Mecklenburg Brewery previously broke ground earlier this year on their building within The Bowl.
